Friday 2.6.
0645 Yoga practice with Adva.
8:30 breakfast
1000 excursion to the Ramon Crater and it’s surroundings with Gabi.
1600 Visit to the desert winery “Kerem Tzur Shizaf “ accompanied by an explanation from the owner ,with cheese and wine tastings.
1900 dinner.
2030 Presentation by Adva -
The evolution of Ashtanga Yoga, myths busting and how to make yoga our personal magic wand .

Saturday 3.6.
0700 yoga practice with Adva.
0830 breakfast.
Free time for pool/ Pranaáyama practice/ Nutrition facts,
with Adva.
1200 tour to Ovdat national park with Gabi.
1430 estimated finishing time and drive back home.
